Egress & Easy Cleaning Friction Stays

Cleaning function is enabled by pushing an easy-to-identify thumb-catch, so that the sash will slide open to provide 100-250mm clear opening for cleaning from the inside. When the window is closed after cleaning, the operation automatically reverts to full egress mode upon the next opening. Observe BS8213 Part1:1991 ‘Code of practice for safety in use and during cleaning of windows’ when fitting Easy Clean Hinges.
