Characteristics – Concealed Hinges

• Material: 304 grade Stainless Steel (standard for these hinges while a special order upgrade for other brands)
• UL listed hinges for commercial projects; fire-rated to 3 hours, with certificates for US and Canada
• For flush and rabbeted flush doors
• Two versions: For doors up to 120kg (264 lbs) and 160kg (352 lbs)
• For wood, steel, and aluminum doors and frames
• 3D adjustments for height, compression (to frame), and side (to plumb the door)
• Soft-close hinge with hydraulic function and constant rate of speed in closing (adjustable closing range of 3-5 seconds).
• Hold-Open & Self-Closing functions can be used on the same door!
• Hold open hinge also functions as a stop (i.e. after opening degree is set, it won’t open past that point)
• Hold open range: 75-180 degrees
• Jigs and templates available
• Compatible with standard 1¾” door thickness
• Wood doors: 1.26” (32mm) min thickness. Metal doors: 1.10” (28mm) min thickness.
• Custom colors cover the surfaces visible after installation
• Screw cover plates included

• This is the most robust and heavy-duty cladding hinge available
• 3DX concealed hinges for cladding are for doors of wood or metal material
• Version 300 weight capacity up to 300kg (661 lbs) per 2 hinges
• Version 200 weight capacity up to 200kg (440 lbs) per 2 hinges
• Suitable for cladding 4-12mm, and up to 16mm with chamfered edge
• 3-dimensional adjustability
• Meets Fire Rated requirements BS EN 1634
• Meets requirement of BS EN1935; 200,000 cycles
